The Kestrel e150 has a large diameter 240 mm (9.45”) alternator driven by a 1.5 meter (4.92’) 6 blade,
self-stalling rotor that, along with the shunt regulator, eliminates the need for yaw and/or electronic shutdown in high winds.
This is an ideal machine for telecoms, military, remote cabins and other similar applications. The 600 is quickly replacing many
under-performing and poorly backed turbines in the 300 to 900 Watt range on the African continent.
It is available in 12, 24, 48 and 200VDC, user-adjustable outputs.
